Collaborative environment and agile processes Position: Logistics Operations Assistant (E\-commerce) Location: Blumenau/SC – Itoupava Central Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:48 PM (lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM) Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 to R$ 2\.900,00 Benefits: Meal allowance averaging R$ 30.00/day \+ health insurance after probation period About the Company Compacto Cargas operates in the logistics and transportation sector, specializing in dynamic operations and e-commerce fulfillment. Main Responsibilities * Checking e\-commerce packages, shipments, and goods * Sorting, organizing, and moving cargo in the warehouse * Assisting with material receiving and dispatch * Entering data into systems and spreadsheets * Supporting operational controls and cargo volume measurement (cubing) * Assisting coordination with daily operational routines * Maintaining workplace organization and supporting general logistics needs * Supporting other internal operations as needed Required Qualifications * Experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, checking, or similar areas * Proficiency with computers and simple systems * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets/Excel * Availability for operational tasks and cargo handling * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail * Proactive, agile, and collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications * Experience in freight forwarding or e-commerce operations * Experience in sorting, dispatch, or shipment checking * Knowledge of cubing and operational logistics * Interest in professional growth within the logistics field Ideal Candidate Profile We seek a practical, committed, and eager-to-learn individual.
