We seek someone committed, careful, and ethical, who performs tasks attentively and with quality. **Workplace Address:** Farmstead in Ibiúna – Araucaria Valleys Region \- Verava **Responsibilities** * External maintenance: mowing and caring for green areas of the farmstead * Gardening: watering, fertilizing, and maintaining garden health * Swimming pool: periodic cleaning and maintenance * Minor repairs: replacing light bulbs, showerheads, painting, replacing roof tiles, varnishing benches and gates * Hospitality: welcoming guests on Fridays and bidding them farewell on Sundays * Performing general cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas **Requirements** * Proven experience as a caretaker; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. * Ability to independently perform diverse tasks. **Work Schedule** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * Monday to Friday: **08:00 AM to 05:00 PM** * Saturdays: **08:00 AM to 12:00 PM** * Tasks must be completed within working hours; availability outside scheduled hours is not required, except for exceptional situations previously agreed upon. * Employment type: Permanent CLT or MEI **Benefits** * On-site accommodation.
