**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute material quantity surveys, subject to Engineer approval.
* Conduct quantity surveys.
* Participate in mid-term replanning definitions and actions.
* Support negotiations for specific services.
* Monitor daily allowances using a service control spreadsheet.
* Create purchase orders, observing the descriptive memorandum.
* Fulfill checklist actions to ensure a score above 90%.
* Record site activities, enter data into the Weekly Meter system, and monitor actions defined during weekly follow-up meetings.
* Assist in analyzing and validating data entered into the system, corrections, and more complex measurements.
* Help verify and validate data with the service responsible party.
* Prior fieldwork experience on construction sites is desirable.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture and Urban Planning.
* Basic calculation skills.
* Basic Excel knowledge.
* Basic construction project management knowledge.
* Logical reasoning.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Assertive communication.
* Results orientation.
* Teamwork.
