At our company, we carefully support the entire employee journey, making the experience of being a SOULER truly unique! **Key responsibilities and activities for this role include:** * Serving as the Technical Focal Point during visits (through relationship management and knowledge dissemination within the pet segment, aiming to promote products and their philosophy—not only to generate new business but also to build relationships that foster brand loyalty and recommendations; * Compiling schedules and itineraries, scheduling trainings and events, analyzing field visibility of competitors’ initiatives; identifying potential events and/or partnerships with influential veterinarians and developing action plans; managing materials to be delivered to each point of sale (PDV); * Administering and leading training-related processes, adapting content according to the target client; * Conducting trainings and reporting results achieved; visiting veterinary clinics/professionals, mapping clinic profiles and recommendations; participating in events and partnerships, identifying opportunities. **Job requirements:** * Prior experience as a Veterinary Representative, Technical Consultant, Trainer, or in related fields. * Familiarity with data collection tools (Umov.me) * Knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising * Knowledge of point-of-sale campaign activation and promotional initiatives * **Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine**, or related fields * Microsoft Office Suite — Excel — Basic level, PowerPoint — Intermediate level * English language — Basic level (desirable) * Must own a **personal vehicle** and hold an active **Class B driver’s license** * Willingness to travel **Behavioral competencies required for this role:** * Innovation * Effective Communication * Emotional Intelligence * Engagement * Results Orientation * Service Orientation **Working Hours:** Rotating **5x2 schedule** [Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM] **ITINERARY:** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Animal Science, Bachelor’s Degree * Veterinary Medicine, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License Requirement: Class B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Mileage Allowance (KM) * Meal Voucher (VR) * Corporate University * University Discounts * Language Courses
