Here are the experiences and knowledge you need to accelerate and transform with us: **Responsibilities and duties** Technically lead the development team, fostering collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. Define and guide solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Conduct **code reviews**, promoting best development practices and coding standards. Support technical refinement, contributing to solution design and estimation. Ensure adoption of software engineering, architecture, and development best practices. Support definition and implementation of system integrations via APIs and microservices. Act as a mentor to the team, developing professionals technically and supporting decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience working as a **Tech Lead** or in a technical leadership role. * Solid expertise in developing and integrating **REST APIs**. * Experience with **Cloud Computing** platforms. * Hands-on experience with **microservices** architecture. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
