Here, we are challenged to improve every day! **Your Mission** -------------- You will serve as the **AI Technical Reference at Medway**, deploying scalable AI solutions into production—both in internal operational efficiency products and in the student platform. Your role will be cross-squad, with an initial focus on platform squads. This is a high-level individual contributor role: no people management, high autonomy, and direct technical influence on products. So, are you ready to join this challenge? **Your key responsibilities will include:** ---------------------------------------------- * Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions into production for internal operational efficiency products, taking ownership of measurable outcomes in productivity and cost reduction; * Develop and evolve AI-powered features in user-facing products on the student platform, focusing on methodological recommendation and optimization of study journeys, thereby impacting student performance and engagement; * Collaborate across squads, bringing deep AI technical expertise to diverse product contexts; * Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of the company’s AI technology stack. **We’re looking for you if you have:** --------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; * Experience in AI, Machine Learning, statistical modeling, or Data Science; * Proven experience deploying GenAI in production (real-world use cases—not just experimentation); * Proficiency in Python, Databricks, LangChain, and tools within the GenAI ecosystem. ### **These differentiators make you an ideal candidate** * Experience in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering; Experience in a high-scale digital product environment. **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** ------------------------------ At Medway, you’ll join a team passionate about innovation and product excellence.
