We are seeking a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** with experience in the Microsoft ecosystem to support, administer, and evolve our corporate environment. This professional will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of infrastructure services. **Responsibilities:** * Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) * Manage and support **Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)** * Work with **Azure (IaaS and PaaS)** — creation and maintenance of resources, networks, and monitoring * Perform server hardening, updates, and patching * Monitor the environment and conduct infrastructure troubleshooting * Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions * Implement and maintain security controls (IAM, MFA, access policies) * Work with virtualization (Hyper\-V or VMware) * Document processes, environments, and technical procedures * Support infrastructure improvement and evolution projects **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Infrastructure * Proficiency in: Windows Server (2016\+), Active Directory (administration and troubleshooting), Microsoft 365, Azure (intermediate level) * Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, Firewall — concepts) * Familiarity with monitoring tools * Technical English for reading **Nice-to-have:** * Microsoft certifications (AZ\-900, AZ\-104, MS\-900, etc.) * Experience with: Intune / Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Security (Defender, Purview), PowerShell scripting, DevOps or automation * Knowledge of hybrid environments **Why join Trillia?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well\-being, professional development, work\-life balance, and security.
