Senior Planning Analyst - Maintenance Focus

We combine technology, innovation, and professional training to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous development. **About the role:** We are seeking a \*Commercial Planner/Estimator\* to conduct technical visits to clients directly, with the objective of gathering, analyzing, and sizing the resources required to develop technical and commercial proposals within the \*facilities\* segment. This professional will serve as the liaison between the client and the Commercial Planning team, responsible for collecting precise on-site information to support the development of appropriate, viable, and competitive solutions for each business opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical visits to clients and prospects to gather on-site information; * Size human, material, and operational resources required to deliver facilities services; * Prepare detailed visit reports, including scope descriptions, environments, criticalities, and specific characteristics of each client; * Support the Commercial Planning team in structuring technical and commercial proposals; * Read and interpret floor plans to understand the physical structure of serviced locations; * Act as the interface among clients, technical teams, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment on scope and expectations; * Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities during visits; * Support the post-sales transition process, ensuring correct implementation of the agreed-upon scope. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields; * Experience in technical surveys, budgeting, or contract management for facilities services (e.g., cleaning, conservation, building maintenance, concierge services, etc.); * Technical knowledge of maintenance services in areas such as: Refrigeration, Electrical, Hydraulic, Utilities, Minor Construction. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans; * Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Driver’s license category B (mandatory); * Willingness to travel and frequently relocate. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in the facilities or service outsourcing segment; * Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost formation for labor and inputs; * Familiarity with commercial management systems or ERP platforms; * Experience preparing descriptive memoranda and specifications documents. **See the benefits we offer to your talent:** * Meal voucher (VR) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Benefits Club – Partnerships with numerous educational institutions * Corporate University – Exclusive e-learning platform for employee training * Gympass – Discounted gym memberships across Brazil * Our Care Program – Internal program offering psychological, financial, and legal counseling * Life insurance **Additional information** * Location: Campestre neighborhood – Santo André/SP * Schedule: Monday to Friday – On-site If you work with passion, embrace flexibility and transparency, and enjoy teamwork and challenges, Verzani \& Sandrini may be the right place for you!
