Job Description Support the General Manager in managing departmental activities, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications maintenance services, ensuring machines, equipment, and facilities remain in optimal working condition to maximize their service life. Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Must reside in the South Zone of São Paulo; * Preferably easy access to ibis Interlagos (Interlagos Shopping reference); * Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, refrigeration, electricity, building maintenance, reading and interpreting manuals and technical drawings; * Occupational safety and fire prevention; * Microsoft Office suite and internet proficiency; * Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative routines in the area; * We seek someone with strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of urgency, and team spirit.
