




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing teams, investigating complaints, managing work schedules, controlling absenteeism, and ensuring workplace safety and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Investigation of complaints and accidents * Organize team and equipment for collection logistics; * Investigate complaints received through the Customer Service Department; * Respond to inquiries from the Customer Service Department; * Prepare vacation schedules; * Monitor absences and medical certificates; * Refer employees for medical examinations through the Occupational Health Department (SMT); * Conduct accident investigations jointly with the Safety Department; * Complete the Accident Report Form (RAT); * Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues; * Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the workplace, equipment, tools, PPE, and team uniforms.
