Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer oxygen therapy or nebulization per medical prescription, following established technical standards and regulations. * Assist in health promotion and prevention activities and events under the supervision of a nurse, disseminating key information and encouraging health initiatives. * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment, including their restocking, preservation, preparation, storage, and maintenance, in accordance with technical standards. * Observe, recognize, and document signs and symptoms within the scope of one's qualifications, monitor and control vital signs, and promptly report any abnormalities to the nurse. * Prepare patients for consultations, examinations, and treatments to ensure they are in optimal condition for the respective procedure. * Perform nursing procedures, tests, and/or vaccinations per nurse guidance and medical prescription, both within the unit and in external settings, adhering to unit routines and protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed Nursing Assistant course; * Active COREN\-SP registration; **Additional Information** * Work Location: HGIS \- Pediatric Clinic * Schedule: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM \- 12x36 shift pattern **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * On\-site meals * Transportation Voucher * Childcare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll\-deducted Loans * Outpatient and Dental Care \- SP **Partnerships:** * Education/University Incentive Program * Pharmacies * SESC * GymPass Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo is a non\-profit, philanthropic organization founded in March 1964 by a group of construction industry entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
