Job Summary: Machine operator for wire drawing and redrawing machines, responsible for controlling the production process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining workplace organization. Organizing and maintaining equipment **Responsibilities** * Operate wire drawing and redrawing machines for various diameters; * Control the production process to ensure compliance with speed and consumables consumption standards; * Perform dimensional control to ensure product quality standards; * Maintain workplace organization and control consumables and packaging material usage; * Operate, clean, and maintain wire drawing equipment. **Requirements for the Position** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in metallurgical industry is desirable; * Experience and knowledge of dry drawing and wet redrawing; * Experience in low-carbon steel (BTC) wire drawing; * Experience in "setting up" die sets for production; * Ability to monitor and perform production order balancing/closing to prevent subsequent inventory adjustments. **Skills** * Focus, attention, agility, and commitment. * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment; * Disciplined, process-oriented, and able to discuss parameters and actions for continuous improvement of the entire production process.
