Requirements Analyst | 100% Remote | CLT We are looking for a Requirements Analyst to work on projects that bridge technology and business, transforming needs into solutions that deliver real impact. **Responsibilities** * Gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements; * Model processes and use cases; * Define business rules, interfaces, reports, and system messages; * Develop and manage technical documentation and requirements specifications; * Support and guide development teams; * Participate in requirement validation and approval with stakeholders. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, or any undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate program in IT (minimum 360 hours); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments; * Organizational skills, analytical capability, and collaborative mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * CPRE – Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering certification; * IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases certification; * Knowledge of cryptography; * Experience with ISO 8583 and financial technologies; * Familiarity with J/XFS and integration with banking peripherals; * Experience with legacy technologies (MUMPS, Caché, Delphi, PowerBuilder, OpenVMS); * Experience with reverse engineering and modernization of legacy systems. **Benefits** * Bradesco Health Insurance Plan; * Meal Allowance (Swile); * Childcare Assistance; * Exclusive banking credit package; * Life insurance fully covered; * Wellhub (Gympass).
