Your role here will be: A highly sensitive professional serving clients with income above R$50\.000,00 or investments exceeding 3 million, possessing a high-net-worth profile requiring exclusive service, personalized financial consulting focused on wealth management and succession planning. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a financial consultant, delivering comprehensive and personalized advisory services; • Develop strategies for wealth appreciation, protection, and diversification; • Execute portfolio operations and review financial performance; • Deliver customized solutions; • Ensure client retention and deliver a differentiated experience. Behavioral and Technical Competencies: • Solid knowledge of the financial market, structured products, and wealth management; • Negotiation skills and ability to recommend customized solutions; • Ability to ensure client retention and interpret economic scenarios; • Discretion, reliability, and high-level communication skills. Requirements: • CEA certification is mandatory; CFP certification is desirable; • Specialization or MBA in finance, capital markets, or wealth management is desirable; • Experience serving high-net-worth clients or private banking clients is a plus.
