We seek a professional who is communicative, empathetic, organized, commercially oriented, loves animals, and is skilled at delivering excellent service. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Guidance to customers regarding services; * Relationship management with partner veterinary clinics; * Sales closing; * Coordination of animal removal requests; * Marketing of funeral plans; * Administrative support and report preparation. * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in computer use and WhatsApp; * Sales experience is a plus; * Administrative experience is desirable.
