Transport Assistant

Description

**Main responsibilities:** * Ensure vehicle traceability processes; * Support analysis of fleet resource requirements; * Monitor and track vehicles; * Assist in controlling fleet entry and exit; * Manage cash handling and parking payments; * Monitor vehicle preventive maintenance needs; * Plan delivery and pickup routes; * Remind drivers to complete tools used for delivery control; * Control and verify the completion of delivery and pickup documents and vouchers; * Inspect safety conditions of transportation means and equipment used. **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation and fleet management (route planning, monitoring fuel, toll, and travel expenses, file control). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Completed high school education. * Higher education (currently enrolled or completed) is a plus. **Salary + Benefits:** R$2.300,00 + Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance (total amount can be split between VR and VA – we also have a cafeteria with refrigerator and microwave; employees may bring their own lunch and eat there); Bradesco health insurance plan (with co-payment); Bradesco dental insurance plan; Life insurance; Breakfast. **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
