Job Summary: Work as a generalist in labor and civil law spheres, monitoring proceedings, drafting documents, and providing support. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist practice in labor and civil law 2. Drafting of contracts, official letters, and legal opinions **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Generalist practice with a focus on labor and civil law; * Monitoring of judicial proceedings at all levels; * Participation in hearings, analysis of cases and pleadings, coordination of activities between third-party law firms and the company; * Drafting of contracts, official letters, notifications, and legal opinions; * Preparation of management reports and administrative controls; * Providing support to partner directors and other departments within the company, among other departmental routines. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Experience with electronic filing systems and digital certification (E\-SAJ and PJE); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in contract drafting and civil litigation monitoring is desirable; * Knowledge of the Lysis system and Canva is a plus; Salary: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.406,38 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
