Job Summary: Manage and supervise daily store operations, team supervision, inventory control, process coordination, and operational quality assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and management, including development and performance. 2. End-to-end inventory, order, and loss control. 3. Coordination of operational processes and customer service. In the manager's absence, responsibilities include: Managing work schedules, shifts, rosters, rotations, breaks, etc.; influencing team development, skills, growth, alignment, disciplinary actions, and any performance-related processes; preparing orders, managing inventory levels and stock control, loss management, analyzing daily financial statements, verifying receipts and shipments, handling transfers and registrations, evaluating product mix, turnover, and shelf-life control for received goods; ensuring store maintenance and structural integrity, as well as accountability for all liabilities, furniture, equipment—including preventive and corrective maintenance, always escalating to the responsible department or immediate supervisor for approval; coordinating and guiding all processes including store opening, cleaning, receiving, stocking, turnover (PVPS), customer service, order preparation, target achievement, campaign execution, sales and service coordination, cash reconciliation, administrative and timekeeping tasks, system data entry, order processing, customer/supplier returns/exchanges, sales cancellations, transfers, bank deposits, verifications, enforcement of disciplinary actions, responding to company email and/or app and/or phone communications, store closing, and any other operational quality-related processes within the unit; operating the POS system and fulfilling ADM routines in the absence of respective staff. Day-to-day, monitor overall store operations and staff to ensure high-quality customer service and sales success.
