Focus on food safety and hygiene RESTAURANT IS SEEKING: COOK RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform culinary preparations; assist in assembling sandwiches and meals; prepare side dishes and salads; blanch vegetables; possess knowledge of cutting techniques; prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requirements; use griddles to grill proteins and fryers for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation and buffet organization and setup; ensure food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties relevant to the position. SALARY: R$ 2.324,00 INCLUDING HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE BENEFITS: transportation voucher, medical plan, dental plan WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
