Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** a) Providing emergency and urgent care; b) Conducting periodic, pre-employment, termination, job-change, and return-to-work medical examinations, as specified in NR 7 of Ordinance No. 3\.214/78 issued by the Ministry of Labor; c) Performing medical examinations to assess employees’ work capacity, conducted at clinics, hospitals, or residences (in occupational health assessments, the occupational physician must perform clinical examinations and necessary complementary tests to evaluate workers’ health status and fitness for work); d) Outpatient care, including guidance, assessment, and triage; e) Participation in Medical Boards upon request, for evaluation of specific cases; f) Preparation of medical reports to be submitted to the Medical Board when the Contractor’s physician provided the initial treatment for workplace accident victims; g) Immediate notification to the Contract Manager of any occupational clinical-laboratory irregularities identified during termination or return-to-work medical examinations; h) Conducting medical evaluations for employees and their dependents to grant benefits, as stipulated in the BCB Health Program Regulation; i) Technical advisory support for the following activities related to the BCB Health Program, issuing expert opinions when required: \- Evaluation of the performance of accredited/convened providers; \- Analysis of hospital bills, medical reports, leave-of-absence requests, and procedure requests—with alignment to the PASBC current fee schedules; \- Assessment of accreditation requests; \- Preparation and analysis of budgets for high-cost medications and materials; \- Participation in internal prevention campaigns or specific health programs, through clinical evaluation of participants designated by the BCB; \- Data analysis and report generation regarding outpatient clinic performance. j) Knowledge of BCB work processes and environments, primarily aimed at health promotion and disease prevention—identifying existing workplace hazards (physical, chemical, biological, or others) and acting to eliminate or mitigate the harmful effects of production processes and work organization; k) Assessment of workers and their health conditions for specific functions and/or environments, seeking to adapt work to the worker—recommending appropriate job allocation based on health status and advising them, if necessary, during the adaptation process; l) Collaborating with the health team and the People Management Department to prepare and guide the work team and management that will receive a new employee with Special Needs (PNE), ensuring optimal adaptation of the employee; m) Informing workers about occupational hazards to which they are exposed, appropriate protective measures, potential health impacts, and examination results; n) Other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of professional experience and specialization in occupational medicine * Occupational physician registered with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) * Completed medical residency **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$6174,97 * **Transportation Allowance (per day):** R$00 * **Meal Allowance (per day):** R$500,00 * **Workload:** 100 hours/week * **Additional Benefit:** Medium-level occupational hazard allowance * **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 13:00 * **Location:** Bela Vista \- Avenida Paulista \- São Paulo \- SP **Join Grupo Med\+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med\+, Brazil’s largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure.
