**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Position Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Key Responsibilities:** Manage portfolios of low- and medium-value cooperative members, aiming to expand business volume and profitability. Prospect new cooperative members and develop relationship-building and retention strategies. Provide financial products and services consultatively, aligned with members’ needs. Ensure achievement of commercial targets and service quality standards. Support the branch’s customer service and relationship management team. Ensure compliance with internal policies, Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations, and cooperative principles. Participate in credit recovery and delinquency control for the portfolio. Contribute to achieving the cooperative’s commercial and strategic goals. Participate in designing and implementing incentive campaigns and financial education initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related Technology programs (e.g., Business/Commercial Management). Experience in commercial or customer service. Experience working in financial institutions. Proficiency in financial products and services. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of the financial market / BACEN regulations. ANBIMA certification. Proficiency in financial mathematics. An established client portfolio will be a strong differentiator.
