A food and beverage distributor is seeking a Process Analyst in Curitiba (CIC). Lavioletera is a company specialized in selling violins, accessories, and other stringed instruments. We offer a wide range of products for musicians—from beginners to professionals. **Responsibilities:** Update performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct time studies, motion analysis, and productivity assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and improved operational efficiency. Map, review, and standardize production processes, proposing improvements focused on quality, cost, and performance. Maintain up-to-date procedures and work instructions. Perform root cause analyses and support the definition of corrective and preventive actions for operational deviations. Collaborate with operational departments by collecting data, diagnosing problems, and developing solutions. Prepare presentations, management reports, and technical analyses to support leadership. Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring process and documentation compliance. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
