Professional field and specialization: Food Service / Gastronomy / Management Work location: Macaé, RJ Employment type: Permanent – CLT Working hours: Full-time \- Monday to Friday, breakfast and lunch. Key responsibilities: Manage all daily restaurant operations; Ensure food and beverage quality and consistency, as well as compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; Supervise staff, providing continuous guidance and feedback to ensure outstanding performance; Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and excellence in customer service; Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations; Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire the team; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers; Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of hygiene and food safety; A degree in Nutrition or a related field is a plus. Self-service restaurant and cafeteria located at the same site. Applicants must reside in Macaé.
