Assign tasks and monitor employee performance. Ensure achievement of production targets. Monitor product/service quality. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Report incidents to the responsible department (Coordination). Guide and support new employees. Request maintenance when necessary. Ensure sector organization and cleanliness. Position based in Três Coroas / RS. Previous experience as Operational Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
