Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Description The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating cleaning activities in commercial, industrial, or residential environments. They supervise teams to ensure service quality and adherence to safety procedures. Additionally, they are responsible for preparing work schedules, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and conducting inspections to ensure proper space sanitation. Activities Coordinate cleaning teams by assigning tasks and guiding staff on required procedures. Conduct periodic inspections of environments to assess service quality and identify potential improvements. Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate time coverage and equitable task distribution among staff. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing replenishment orders as needed. Guide staff on the correct use of cleaning products and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning activities. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards by instructing staff and promoting preventive actions. Prepare activity monitoring reports, documenting team performance and highlighting possible improvements. Maintain contact with cleaning supply and equipment vendors to secure optimal purchasing terms and ensure product quality. Participate in management meetings to report activity progress, present results, and propose improvement initiatives. Develop training programs for staff to enhance cleaning techniques and ensure service excellence.
