Provide technical support to users (staff, managers, and citizens) regarding hardware, software, and corporate systems. Install, configure, and update software and operating systems. Monitor and support the local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and networking equipment. Handle service requests via the ticketing system. Support integrated Poupatempo systems (Detran, Digital Poupatempo, government platforms, etc.). Configure and maintain workstations and virtual environments. Perform backups and contingency procedures. Provide basic orientation and training to end users. Previous experience in IT Technical Support, Support Analyst, Computer Maintenance Technician, or Network Specialist roles may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Completed technical education required.
