




Job Summary: Support operational activities of water supply and sewage systems, assisting in controlling, organizing, and executing daily routines. Key Highlights: 1. Perform support activities for water supply and/or sewage systems operations, assisting in controlling, organizing, and executing daily routines to ensure proper process functioning and technical team support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and control routines in the Operations and Maintenance area, contributing to data, document, and report organization. * Update spreadsheets, control logs, and tracking databases for incidents, work orders, operational indicators, and shift routines. * Support consolidation of field information (reports, checklists, evidence) for management reporting and traceability. * Support service scheduling through queue organization, record keeping, and status communication, where applicable. * Organize basic technical documentation, files, and regional operational records. * Support material, supplies, and administrative demand requests and controls for the area. * Support preparation of presentations and reports for routine operational meetings. * Collaborate closely with operational, maintenance, and COI/CCO teams to support daily routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred. * Experience in administrative routines, operational controls, technical area support, or similar functions. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in updating databases and controls. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with field teams and administrative departments. * Proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented profile. * Availability for on-site work. * Familiarity with work order systems and/or sanitation operational routines is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in Pernambuco's Sertão region.
