Job Summary: Act as a bridge between originators and investors, developing relationships and advocating investment theses in the financial market. Key Highlights: 1. Senior profile with credibility in the financial market **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a bridge between originators (clients with FIDCs/credit structures) and investors/allocation managers (asset managers, funds, institutional investors, etc.) * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investors, asset managers, and other key market participants * Present and advocate fund investment theses, explaining strategy, structure, risks, and performance * Match existing in-house products with potential investors, facilitating capital allocation * Translate technical aspects of credit operations and structures into clear, reliable market-facing communication * Relay market feedback and demands internally, contributing to product evolution * Represent the company in strategic meetings with institutional investors (e.g., RPPS, pension funds, asset managers) * Reinforce the firm’s credibility in the market, serving as a trusted and technically authoritative figure **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the financial market, ideally in structured credit, FIDCs, or similar products * Strong technical ability to discuss investment theses, structures, risks, and performance in depth * Experience in investor, asset manager, allocator, or similar relationship roles (e.g., IR, FoF, credit, origination, etc.) * Senior profile with maturity and credibility to engage high-level stakeholders * Communication and storytelling skills to present products and investment theses clearly and persuasively * Ability to operate at the intersection of technical expertise and relationship management (not a purely commercial profile) * Knowledge of the fund ecosystem, allocators, and capital markets * Experience in assets, banks, asset managers, or funds-of-funds is desirable ### **Our Benefits** * Hybrid work model * Caju benefits card: VR * Health insurance with no co-payment * Dental insurance with no co-payment * Childcare allowance * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Wellhub
