Food industry company \| Products for baking, confectionery, and food service We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and assist in serving customers within the food industry. This person will be responsible for supporting commercial routines, customer service, order tracking, and providing support to internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities: * Assist customers via phone and WhatsApp; * Support the sales team in daily sales activities; * Track and support orders; * Register and update customer information; * Organize commercial information; * Provide post\-sales support and maintain customer relationships; * Assist with administrative tasks in the sales department. Customer profile served: * Restaurants; * Bakeries; * Confectioneries; * Hotels; * Ice cream parlors and açaí shops; * Cake shops and other food industry businesses. Requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Experience in customer service; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Web; * Agility and commitment; * Prior experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus.
