***We are looking for a person to work at one of our Premium dental clinics located in Sumaré/SP.*** ***Someone who sells with a smile, enjoys interacting with people, possesses sensitivity and empathy, and is eager to make customers feel at home and leave satisfied!.*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Contact and maintain relationships with clients following dental evaluations to finalize sales * Recover/convert clients from uncompleted sales on the same day * Manage sales records (New Leads, Closed Sales, and Recovered/Converted Sales) **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience required in negotiation/sales * Desirable experience in selling oral health-related services Bachelor's degree preferred * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:48 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break \| and 2 Saturdays per month on alternate basis (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\)** * Fixed Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 \+ monthly commission (average range between R$ 1\.000,00 and R$ 1\.500,00\) * Assertive and clear communication * Proactivity * Organization and record-keeping * Desire for professional growth * Empathy and customer connection (prior to sale) * Enthusiasm and high energy * Basic knowledge of Excel and numerical analysis * Meal voucher: R$ 360.00 * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance: R$ 10.90 per day * Welcoming and respectful environment * Purpose-driven teamwork * Opportunity for growth.
