We are seeking a professional to work as a Night Auditor, responsible for auditing front desk processes, cash closing, report preparation, and supporting hotel operational activities during the night shift. The candidate will also ensure high-quality guest service and assist the team in various situations.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
* Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactivity and dynamism
* Ability to handle critical situations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
**Desirable Requirements:**

* Intermediate English proficiency
* Experience in night audit or point-of-sale (POS) cash closing
* Knowledge of CM system (or other hotel management systems)
* Basic leadership and team supervision skills
* Experience in hotel industry customer service
