Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Recreation Assistant to make children's experience at a tourism club special by creating and implementing fun and safe activities. We are looking for a highly energetic Recreation Assistant to make our children’s experience even more special. We are the **ibiobi smart club**, a tourism club specializing in accommodations. Our unique advantage lies in combining one of Brazil’s most beautiful and comprehensive resorts — the Novotel Itu Terras de São José Golf \& Resort — with the renowned RCI and All \- Accor Live Limitless platforms. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage children of guests and members in recreational activities * Support front desk operations with friendliness and hospitality * Assist with simple administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, organization) as needed * Create and implement creative, fun, and safe activities **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * No prior experience required; however, previous recreation experience is a plus! * Clear and engaging communication skills * Creativity to think outside the box * Enthusiasm and energy that inspire others * Patience to interact with diverse personalities * Agile problem-solving ability * Genuine teamwork and collaboration **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Salary of R$2\.035,00 \+ quarterly bonus * **Benefits**: * Co-payment health and dental plan (Hapvida Notredame Intermédica) after probation period, * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher, * On-site meals, * Birthday day-off, * Wellhub for your well-being (gyms, wellness activities, and apps), * Exclusive discounts at our base hotels and partner properties, * VIP 365 for worldwide accommodation discounts. * **Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off** * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM * Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM * **Location: ITU** – **On-site position** If you want to enhance people’s quality of life and believe traveling is the best way to achieve this goal, this is where you belong!
