**Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise your team of forestry operators; * Plan, execute, and take action to accomplish tasks and achieve productivity targets; * Assist the team in operating machinery (e.g., front-end loader, excavator, knuckleboom loader, tractor, etc.), if required; * Record daily production output; * Ensure daily quality control in accordance with the contractor's technical documentation; * Manage personnel, track working hours, and handle HR-related documents for your team—including timekeeping for operators; * Comply with HBJ's and contractors' technical and safety standards and procedures. **Required Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience with biomass (e.g., sugarcane bagasse, wood chips, pine bark, etc.) is desirable; * A technical course in forestry, agriculture, or related fields is desirable; * **A valid driver’s license (CNH) category C/D is desirable;** * Willingness to work nationwide (primarily in São Paulo and Paraná states), including business travel.
