Values quality standards Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Cumin (Waiter/Waitress Assistant) to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia \- SP. Join the team that values excellence in guest service, offering menus from the world's most renowned cuisines. This professional will be responsible for assisting waiters and waitresses with guest service and performing restaurant organization tasks according to established quality standards, complying with internal and external procedures and regulations, as well as adhering to general and human resources policies of Bourbon Hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in cleaning and organizing bar and restaurant sales points according to the company's established standards. * Organize the dining room layout, positioning all materials to maintain the environment in perfect condition and ready to receive guests. * Respond to Guest Service requests by preparing trays as specified and delivering them to guest rooms. * Polish dishes and cutlery using specific cleaning products to keep items clean and polished. * Deliver complimentary items to guest rooms upon request. * Collect and transport all soiled linens to the laundry for washing and drying. * Remove and collect soiled dishes for cleaning and maintenance in optimal condition. * Set up buffets and tables according to the company's established standards. * Check stock levels and organization of beverages in refrigerators, wine cellars, and bars, following the company's established method. * Close accounts and forward them to the responsible cashier. * Process account entries, verify details, and deliver to guests for payment or signature, as applicable. * Serve dishes and beverages to guests, transporting, presenting, and placing them appropriately on plates and in glasses. * Assist in weekly and monthly inventories within their area of responsibility. * Organize waste disposal from bar and restaurant sales points in accordance with national recycling regulations. * Organize the Room Service area, removing and restocking products in an orderly manner to facilitate inventory control, restocking, and usage by colleagues. * Complete the Room Service control spreadsheet after each order request to maintain a record of activities. * Perform other duties related to this position.
