




Job Summary: A professional responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on cargo vehicle operation, safety, and maintenance, while evaluating and developing drivers. Promote a culture of operational excellence and safety Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical training related to truck and cargo vehicle operation. Train on the use of occupational safety equipment, defensive and economical driving, preventive truck maintenance, and average fuel consumption management. Conduct practical and theoretical training for drivers Deliver content on defensive driving, economical driving, and safe operation Accompany drivers on routes to assess driving techniques, fuel consumption, compliance with regulations, and safety, providing practical feedback in daily situations and specific maneuvers Instruct drivers on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and onboard technologies (tracking, telematics, checklists) Prepare driver performance reports and propose improvement actions Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety, and cost reduction (fuel, tires, maintenance) Conduct assessments for driver candidates, evaluating their performance against basic driving knowledge, maintenance understanding, and other company-established requirements Conduct onboarding training for new drivers, guiding them on company policies and procedures.
