Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Monitoring and analyzing operational indicators, dashboards, and reports from various areas (Yard, CCO, D\-0 Cells), proposing and tracking corrective actions for deviations and operational incidents. * Updating, monitoring, and adjusting transport scheduling (D\-0, W\+1) and Linehaul operations, holding periodic meetings to ensure operational effectiveness and accuracy. * Coordinating actions to optimize transportation costs, ensure service levels, and implement operational and process improvements. * Recording, analyzing, and proposing corrective actions in operational controls, contributing to achieving expected results and continuous improvement. * Recording, managing, and tracking operational incidents and discrepancies, ensuring appropriate handling and resolution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven knowledge in logistics and transportation. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker, and other Google tools. * Availability for 100% on-site work at the Franco da Rocha operation, on a 5x2 schedule (Sunday to Thursday), during shift T3 (8:00 PM to 4:20 AM). **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge sharing within a team of outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, with everything you need to have a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
