If you have not found a position matching your profile, please share your information and resume with our talent pool, indicating your areas of interest. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, review, and coordinate architectural projects for logistics and industrial warehouses, from preliminary studies through to execution; * Ensure project compliance with municipal regulations, technical standards, client guidelines, and operational requirements of developments; * Lead interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire prevention, foundations, earthworks, etc.); * Develop optimized architectural solutions considering construction efficiency, cost, functionality, and deadlines; * Interface with internal engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams to ensure technical alignment of the project; * Monitor material specifications, construction details, and company standardization guidelines; * Support technical feasibility analysis of land parcels and site implementation studies; * Participate in technical site visits and provide on-site support for clarification of questions and project adjustments; * Assist in managing external designers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and technical quality; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, guidelines, and technical standards within the Projects area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Solid experience in industrial/logistics warehouse projects or large-scale buildings; * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced knowledge of applicable technical standards and legislation (accessibility, fire safety, industrial norms, etc.); * Extensive experience in multidisciplinary project coordination; * Strong technical leadership ability, organizational skills, systemic vision, and decision-making capability. * Prior experience in construction companies (preferably in logistics and industrial warehouses); * Advanced-level BIM/Revit experience; * Knowledge of municipal approval processes and public agency procedures; * Preferred: Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Employment Model: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Willingness to travel** **Working at Diase offers you:** ***Health*** * Life Insurance * Bradesco Health Insurance (Optional) * Bradesco Dental Insurance (Optional) **Meals** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA) ***Quality of Life and Well\-Being*** * Totalpass (Optional) ***Our Differentiators*** * Welcome Kit to make your first day truly special **In addition...** * Profit Sharing (PLR) based on pre\-established goals * Internal training program aligned with company procedures We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
