Description
Will be responsible for operational control and monitoring of in-vehicle technologies installed on fleet vehicles, ensuring full functionality of tracking, telematics, camera, and duty-hour control systems. Directly involved in data analysis, communication with drivers and suppliers, device parameterization, and indicator generation, ensuring compliance with operational standards and transportation safety.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordination and activation of suppliers for installation, maintenance, and removal of technologies (SASCAR);
* Verification of onboard device functionality (operational control);
* Continuous monitoring via systems;
* Analysis of camera images (fatigue and distance detection) and feedback to drivers;
* Monitoring of working hours and control of macro message dispatch (SASGC);
* Delivery, receipt, archiving, and analysis of tachograph tapes and disks;
* Monitoring and control of fleet operational violations;
* Immediate intervention in severe real-time violations;
* Signal loss control and analysis for vehicles;
* Monitoring of the department's e\-mail and coordination with related areas;
* Validation of overnight stays based on driver duty-hour analysis.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Knowledge of fleet tracking and monitoring technologies (SASCAR);
* Familiarity with duty-hour control and tachograph regulations;
* Strong communication skills and critical analytical ability;
* Proficiency in Excel and data management and indicator tools.
