Job Summary:
A professional responsible for managing and analyzing driver performance, implementing corrective actions, and seeking fleet improvements.
Key Highlights:
1. Daily management and monitoring of driver performance
2. Analysis of telematics indicators and identification of improvement opportunities
3. Implementation of corrective actions across the fleet
**Responsibilities**:
* Management of medium-level staff and daily monitoring of driver performance;
* Analysis of results from onboard telematics indicators;
* Implementation of corrective actions and continuous pursuit of fleet improvements.
**Requirements**:
* Completed high school education or technical vocational training
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to multitask
* Experience in fuel consumption or transportation is a plus
**Education**:
* Completed high school education or technical vocational training in administration or related fields
**Working Hours**:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Salary**: To be negotiated
