Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for fleet monitoring and control, ensuring safety and operational efficiency through tracking and communication systems, as well as maintaining compliance with SSMA procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet monitoring and control via tracker and location system 2. Immediate handling of alerts and communication of operational deviations 3. Ensuring vehicle fitness and identification of non-conformities Monitor and control the fleet using onboard tracking and location systems, promptly addressing system-generated alerts and communicating operational deviations to relevant departments. Execute and validate fleet checklists via system, ensuring vehicles are fit for operation before departure. Keep routes, geofences, stop points, and overnight locations updated as defined by the SSMA team. Identify non-conformities in tracking and telematics systems for follow-up. Detect signs of driver or cargo insecurity and act immediately in suspicious situations. Use tracking systems, mobile phones, and e\-mails for communication. Prepare incident reports and conduct detailed shift handovers to ensure continuity of pending actions. Comply with health, safety, environment, and quality procedures applicable to the position.
