Focus on continuous improvement and technology About Our Client: A growing food manufacturing company in Ceará. \- Industrial Operations: ensure performance across production stages; improve and sustain yield; implement 5S, standardization, KPIs, and operational rituals; structure maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective) and ensure OEE; integrate PCP, quality, and maintenance functions. Lead end-to-end industrial operations (production, maintenance, quality, safety, internal logistics, and interface with procurement). \- Procurement and Logistics: orchestrate a producer network (300\+ locations); guarantee collection frequency/quality and supply reliability; implement route optimization using onboard technology, georeferencing, and harvest scheduling. Coordinate interface with purchasing/procurement for materials, services, and competitive costs. \- Continuous Improvement and Technology: design data-driven processes (dashboards for yield, costs, losses, quality, and logistics); specify/validate technological solutions (scale integrations, connectivity, ERPs/MES/WMS, route optimization apps); lead pilots and scaling with governance. Requirements: \- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; \- Prior experience in industrial operations. \- Willingness to travel to northern Ceará.
