As a **Senior Tax Analyst**, your main responsibilities will be: * Comprehensive calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS). * Recording, verification, validation, and issuance of fiscal invoices. * Interface with external accounting firms. * Ensure tax compliance and provide strategic support to the finance department. * ERP operation and configuration (SIGER, TOTVS, SAP or similar systems). * Interaction with freight carriers for delivery management and direct coordination with clients. * Freight quotation and negotiation of delivery timelines. * Provide support to departmental routines, addressing requests and instructions from your immediate supervisor, ensuring adherence to processes and deadlines. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Requirements * Experience in medium-sized companies. * Knowledge of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, GIA, DCTF, etc.). * Knowledge of tax incentives and various tax regimes (Real Profit, Presumed Profit). * Experience in logistics departments is a plus. * Experience in departments other than Tax is also a plus.
