Experience with precast structures **General Description:** Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and company-established cost targets, with expertise in precast construction systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise civil construction execution; * Perform project drawing reading, analysis, and coordination; * Manage on-site teams (in-house and subcontracted); * Control physical and financial schedules; * Supervise execution of various construction systems, including precast; * Support logistics and assembly of structures when precast elements are used; * Conduct service measurements and productivity control; * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT) and occupational safety regulations; * Interface with suppliers, clients, and other departments; * Prepare technical and progress reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in civil construction projects; * **Knowledge of precast structures**; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Experience in team management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, MS Project or similar software is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership; * Organization and planning; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal communication; * Results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience in assembling or supervising precast structures; * Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects.
