Main Responsibilities: \- Verify incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records; \- Organize and control inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly environment; \- Sort and verify materials according to specifications; \- Record production output and monitor workforce attendance; \- Monitor production activities to ensure process efficiency; \- Verify shipments and check required documentation for dispatch; \- Count products and compare quantities against invoices or purchase/sales orders; \- Inspect for damages and ensure compliance with expiration dates; \- Physically compare products scheduled for shipment with those listed on the invoice or purchase order. Requirements: \- Availability for a temporary contract covering vacation periods. \- Proven experience in verification/checking roles; \- Knowledge of inventory control and organizational techniques; \- Ability to accurately verify incoming and outgoing materials; \- Capacity to monitor production activities and track workforce attendance; \- Familiarity with documentation required for shipment dispatch; \- Excellent attention to detail and counting skills; \- Ability to identify damages and verify expiration dates; \- Knowledge of comparing products against invoices.
