If you enjoy working on production planning, demand analysis, and ensuring industrial process efficiency, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and control materials, inputs, and production resources to ensure compliance with production plans. * Perform demand analysis and material scheduling according to volumes generated by MRP. * Continuously monitor alignment with internal departments and suppliers. Interpret production orders, technical specifications, and master production schedules (MPS). * Analyze lead times, demand, and material requirements calculations. * Develop, monitor, and ensure accuracy of key departmental KPIs, such as: OTIF, Stockouts, Inventory Coverage, and Accuracy. * Use production planning tools, including ABC analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Senior-level experience in PCP, with focus on factory scheduling, materials, and inputs. * Experience in large-scale manufacturing companies, Industry 4.0 environments, or operations with high demand and complexity. * Certification in PCP, Lean, or Supply Chain is a plus. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Psychological support; * Pharmacy, Stationery, and Optics network; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * On-site cafeteria with breakfast; * Basic food basket; * Meal allowance; * Annual PLR; * Commuter bus (Osasco station to company); * Parking; * Hybrid work model (4x1\); * Monthly brand product discount and donation; * Vaccination campaign.
