At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow confidently, with security to advance and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Network Construction Supervisor I** Work Location: Salto/SP Work Model: 100% On-site Company: CPFL – Services **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Field experience; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to reside in São Roque/SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Conduct field feasibility assessments to enable project execution, demonstrating full mastery of electrical project reading and interpretation, as well as awareness of associated costs; * Supervise and monitor field teams, ensuring support to employees regarding Safety, Quality, and Productivity guidelines during task execution, guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and accurate tracking of materials installed and removed; * Assist in developing work schedules and vacation planning, vehicle management, tools, equipment, and materials—aiming to maximize team productivity; * Maintain constant interaction with the Construction Planning team to optimize productivity and ensure safer execution methods; Support field teams during transitions and adaptations to new work methodologies; identify and propose opportunities for improving work procedures to maximize gains in productivity, safety, and quality. Ensure continuous improvement in field execution and measurement processes; * Support the coordinator in engaging teams toward achieving results, fostering organization and discipline on-site.
