Supervising and guiding work teams **We are hiring a Construction Site Supervisor** to work on civil construction projects, leading teams and ensuring services are executed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. We seek a professional with leadership experience, a results-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills. **Responsibilities** Supervise and guide work teams at the construction site; Assign tasks according to planning and schedule; Monitor service execution to ensure quality and productivity; Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment; Interpret project drawings and ensure correct implementation; Track deadlines and report activity progress; Maintain site organization and cleanliness; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements** Completed elementary or high school education; Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor; Ability to read and interpret project drawings; Experience managing teams in civil construction; Knowledge of masonry, structural work, and finishing; Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Familiarity with occupational safety regulations. **Benefits** Transportation Allowance (VT); Meal Allowance (VR).
