Job Summary: Assist the Construction Foreman in supervising teams, ensuring personnel integrity, production standards, project-compliant execution, and adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team supervision and ensuring workplace safety 2. Control of production standards and execution according to project specifications 3. Ensuring construction quality and compliance with regulations Assist the Construction Foreman in supervising work teams to ensure the physical integrity of each employee, control on-site production standards, and guarantee that activities are executed in accordance with the project and schedule; Ensure that all stages of the construction process are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality management standards, as well as Pacaembu Construtora’s procedures for housing and infrastructure projects. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures, participating in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS); * Ensure construction quality; * Verify equipment operation; * Assign tasks to be performed; * Monitor completed work to ensure quality; * Analyze and discuss technical details and instructions of the project to be executed with the supervisor; * Guide and monitor schedule execution; * Interpret project documents, reports, construction records, and work orders; * Manage material inventories, as well as waste and scrap, equipment, and instruments required for supervised tasks; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify material specifications used on site, and check storage conditions; * Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and manage all materials, devices, equipment, and the work area. **Requirements:** Relevant work experience.
