* **Team Supervision**: The Construction Site Supervisor leads and coordinates work teams, assigning daily tasks and ensuring all team members follow established procedures and safety regulations.
* **Material Control**: He is responsible for monitoring material usage, verifying supply availability, and controlling the inflow and outflow of materials at the construction site.
* **Project Interpretation**: The supervisor must read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed in accordance with them.
* **Problem Solving**: During construction execution, he must resolve practical issues that arise, ensuring compliance with the project schedule and budget.
* **Productivity Tracking**: Maintaining records of productivity, absences, and necessary adjustments to planning is an essential part of the supervisor's role.
