COMPETENCIES: **1\.** Literate: Desirable: Course in civil construction field, such as Construction Foreman or Building Technician. **2\.** Knowledge of plastering procedures and materials. **3\.** Daily planning and monitoring of construction activities. **4\.** Basic understanding of quality control and verification of completed work. **5\.** Knowledge of material, workforce, and productivity control. **6\. Desirable:** knowledge of physical and daily construction schedules. **7\.** Practical experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects. SKILLS: **1\.** Team leadership and command. **2\.** Good communication with engineers, supervisors, and suppliers. **3\.** Organizational ability and decision-making capability. **4\.** Sense of responsibility and proactivity. **5\.** Ability to interpret technical instructions and resolve field problems. RESPONSIBILITIES: **1\.** Coordinate service execution according to schedule, design, and quality standards. **2\.** Supervise direct and indirect teams on the construction site. **3\.** Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. **4\.** Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations. **5\.** Assist in verifying completed work and controlling non-conformities. **6\.** Support communication between the field and technical/engineering departments. **7\.** Maintain organized records regarding physical progress, deliveries, and project requirements.
